As our Office Administrator, you will be essential to keeping our office running smoothly. This is a varied, hands-on role where your efforts directly influence the efficiency of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
To accurately and efficiently process sales ordersPrinting of picking lists distribute to despatch department in a timely mannerAccurate daily filing of sales order paperworkTimely running and processing of EDI systemMaintenance of EDI system, Such as customer acknowledgementsOrdering stationeryOrdering office suppliesResponsible for postSupport the sales team with general admin dutiesTo be diligent and professional in all dealings for the company and to bring any potential issues to the attention of the respective line manager
Essential Skills & Qualities:
Previous administrative experiencePreferably educated to A level or equivalentExcellent organisation skillsAbility to prioritise and work on own initiativeProactive work styleExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenGood IT skills with Microsoft outlook and word adequatePreferably a manufacturing backgroundBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
