Purpose of the Job
Macmillan Education Eswatini is seeking to appoint a dynamic and highly organised PA to MD and HR Administrator. This role provides executive support to the Managing Director and comprehensive HR administrative services in line with company policy and statutory requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for diary management, HR file and document control, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in a PA/Executive Assistant and HR Administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HR systems, payroll inputs, and employee benefits
Experience working with government agencies and benefit providers (ENPF, EIB, SwaziMed)
First Aid or Occupational Health & Safety training is an advantage
Fluency in English and siSwati
Valid driver’s licence (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Manage the MD’s diary, meetings, travel, and communications
Maintain up-to-date personnel files and HR document control
Coordinate recruitment logistics and onboarding processes
Administer employee benefits and ensure statutory compliance
Submit monthly payroll inputs and manage loan approvals
Coordinate internal committees and external stakeholder engagements
Support labour compliance and health & safety initiatives
Execute HR and admin projects such as long service awards and training events
