Office Administrator
Job Description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Services Specialist / Office Administrator to support daily operations at our Carrollton, TX office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys a mix of administrative, logistical, and client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities  Provide backup phone coverage for the receptionist, including during lunch breaks, absences, or sick days  Handle incoming calls from field personnel and clients  Perform general office support tasks and data entry, including manual entry of ordered materials  Coordinate occasional travel arrangements  Manage weekly food orders from Sams Club  Handle pickup and delivery of project-related documents and checks to/from businesses and construction sites (local and occasional travel to Fort Worth)  Provide administrative and HR support as needed  Interface professionally with clients and internal teams We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
