A day in the life.
As an Office Administrator you will:
Support Administrative teamCross train & personally back-up the Admin team on duties to ensure office functions continue to run smoothly when others are out.Assist Executive Office Administrator on projects & various issues as neededCoordinate the Business Resiliency Management (BRM & SIR) teamsWork with Regional colleagues for a variety of projects: building security, safety issues, CPR, first aid, fire safety training, etc.Coordinate building maintenance & cleaning issues with property managementAssist with outside vendor services, orders, & quotes: coffee / water service, office supplies, printing / fulfillment services, parking, etc.Send weekly financial reports to service teams and distribute invoices to account representatives twice weeklyMonitor daily check deposits to ensure proper reporting and timely handling of all checks receivedAssist with paperwork for charity contributions, compliance paperwork, and check requestsResponsible for arranging office events, fundraisers, VTO opportunities, quarterly lunches, and retirement celebrationsResponsible for reviewing and submitting all vendor payables to AccountingScan and task all mail to account teams dailyAssist all departments with printing/binding and in-house fulfillmentAssist IT as needed when technician is not on site & hands on help is requiredCoordinate on-site and off-site client and colleague eventsAll other duties as assignedOur future colleague.
