Our client, a private healthcare organization focused on behavioral services is seeking an Office Administrative Coordinator for a full-time, temporary role covering a 4-month maternity leave. This position is 100% onsite in Milford, MA, with hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM and offers free parking. The pay range is $22-$23/hour. The company specializes in providing evidence-based services to individuals with developmental disabilities and is looking to fill this role as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

Answer phones and respond to emailsSchedule appointments with clients and patientsManage referrals, waitlists, cancellations, and remindersMaintain and organize documentationProvide general office support and administrative assistance

Candidate Qualifications:

Prior office or administrative experience requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to multitask and handle a fast-paced environmentMedical office experience is a strong plusAvailable to interview and start immediately
