Job Details Job ID: 5298951 Job Description Basic Function: Provide administrative support along with clerical, and secretarial service, to the Finance Department. Immediate Supervisor: District Accountant + Act as receptionist for the Finance Department. + Process and pay all utility bills before due dates. + Assist Accounts Payable as needed. + Maintain professional leave forms on payroll system. + Maintain files for the payroll department, including saving pdf files of all payroll reports. + Process insurance receipts and make deposits. + Work with employees to resolve payroll questions. + Help employees with their Employee Access accounts. + Input employees’ W4 forms. + Input and test direct deposit information. + Sort, file and track mail for Financial Services Department. + Train building secretaries. + Assist with backened system reports. + Process monthly Budget and Summary reports. + Performs related duties as required or assigned.
