_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $26 - $32 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. **Responsibilities:**
+ Opening & closing office duties.
+ Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person?s visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
+ Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
+ Organizes, tracks & restocks office supplies.
+ Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
+ Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
+ Oversees and manages the entire office needs.
+ Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
+ Collaborates with Sales manager on leads.
+ Manages the incoming leads in the CRM and updates with information.
+ Collaborates with CEO on various projects.
+ Organizes, cleans, and maintains a tidy reception area.
+ Organizes, cleans, and maintains a tidy kitchen/lounge area. Including Friday fridge clean out and fridge restock.
+ Oversees and manages the conference rooms.
+ Collaborates on event planning and executing.
+ Collaborates with Marketing department on various projects.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
+ Employee Owners may occasionally be asked to perform work on special assignments in addition to normal job duties.
**Qualifications:**
+ Office administrating experience
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Microsoft suite experience
+ Technological experience with computers and electronic devices
