We are hiring immediately for Office Admin Support role that will help us to power progress for our customers
Position Summary
This hybrid role is to support our office administration and purchasing order(PO) as well as Marketing administration processes ain an effective manner. The incumbent plays a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting administration initiatives and procurement workflows.
What you’ll doManage general office operations including supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination.Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters for Tokyo office.Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and internal events.Maintain office records, documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.Support the end-to-end procurement process including vendor onboarding, purchase requisitions, and PO creation.Track and manage purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups in coordination with Finance.Ensure procurement documentation is accurate and up to date.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and manage procurement needs.Assist in the execution of campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives i.e. translation and communication with local suppliersWhat we’re looking for (experiences and skillset):
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in office administration, procurement, or marketing support roles.Strong organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement or ERP systems (e.g., M3) is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Equal employment opportunity
