Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Office Administrative Coordinator to support our office operations. This position is focused exclusively on clerical responsibilities and requires a strong commitment to maintaining office efficiency.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule and manage appointments and meetings.Greet and assist guests and visitors in a professional manner.Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the administrative breakroom.Coordinate on-site events such as team lunches, group meetings, and training sessions.Manage gate entry assignments and access coordination.Perform additional clerical tasks as assigned by management.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to help out in other areas with administrative/clerical tasks.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to be welcoming to guests and visitors.Work Environment

This role is based in an office environment at a manufacturing site in Columbia, TN. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured and supportive setting for administrative tasks and team collaboration.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
