Answer a high volume telephone callsComplete data entryProcess paperwork Answer questions for associatesMonitor break schedulesResponsible for maintaining confidential information regarding associates
Qualifications:Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint programsAbility to learn various software programs, quicklyIndividuals with a passion and excitement about Kings Dominion!    People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.   Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.Good judgment and commitment to safety.Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
