Major Responsibilities
Achieve : Demand generation and Sales to the Insurance industry for the following (and not limited to) products and services to insurers in designated territoryCore Insurance administration system covering Life, General Insurance, Group, Pensions and ReinsuranceCloud and SaaS experiencePoint of Sale and Mobility solutionsInsurance Business AnalyticsApplication Management Outsourcing Imaging and Document Managing : License sales of DXC partner solutions and servicesIntegration Services around front end / Backend eg Portals and MidddlewareSales Quota: Covering license, support services, implementetion services and application management services in designated territoriesAlliance : Working with partners to package complimentery application and solution like AWS, SAP, Opentext, AWD etcIdeal Person
Graduate or Post Graduate in Finance or business studies having 10-15 years of sales experience (within the IT industry) with about 5-10 years of experience in the Insurance industryMust have proven track record in software license and services salesExcellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact with senior management (C-level), staff and third parties in a professional mannerExisting Relationships in the insurance industryMust read, write and speak fluent English and …….(local language)Experience in the bid process and preparation of sales proposals. Ability to put together proposalsAbility to work as part of a team or individuallyMust be able to travel 30-50% of time for business developmentKPIs for the first 3 months
Understand DXC Insurance offerings to the industry for the territories being covered.
Understand the sales processes of DXC in detail
Build a credible pipeline with an plan to close business within the next 3 months
