Offer Development Intern – Latin America (Internship)

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Offer Development team in Latin America. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic initiatives, thought leadership, and partnership development across the region. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, intellectually curious, and eager to contribute to projects that shape how we engage with investors, partners, and policymakers in Mexico and Latin America.

Core ResponsibilitiesSupport the development of bilingual thought leadership content, including short video scripts, research briefs, and presentation materials.Assist in localizing global research by adapting data, currency, and trends to reflect the Mexican and Latin American context.Conduct desk research on market trends, public policy, and investor behaviour to inform strategic initiatives.Help coordinate cross-functional projects with internal teams in the US and abroad, including scheduling, note-taking, and follow-ups.Contribute to partnership strategy efforts, including mapping potential partners and preparing briefing materials.Assist in planning and logistics for leadership visits and enterprise-level initiatives.Create and edit PowerPoint presentations and Excel trackers to support internal projects and project management.Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and internal communications.

 

QualificationsFully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Currently in the final semesters of a degree in Business, Economics, International Relations, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and global teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interest in financial education, public policy, and Latin American markets, as well as prior internship or relevant experience is a plus.
