Job Description Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join the Offer Development team in Latin America, with a focus on strategic partnerships. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning across the region. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, intellectually curious, and passionate about the financial services sector. Core Responsibilities + Support the development and execution of partnership strategies, including mapping potential partners and preparing briefing materials. + Assist in coordinating cross-functional working groups across marketing, sales, legal/compliance, and finance. + Conduct research on potential partners, market trends, investor behavior, and competitive landscape to inform partnership structures. + Help prepare materials (PowerPoint decks, one-pagers, briefings) for leadership engagement, including talking points, presentations, and follow-up documentation. + Contribute to planning and logistics for leadership visits and enterprise-level partnership initiatives. + Develop internal trackers and dashboards to support partnership execution and track project milestones. + Provide general administrative support related to partnership activities, including meeting coordination and internal communications. Qualifications + Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written). + Currently in the final semesters of a degree in Business or Economics, with a proven interest in investing or the financial services sector. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and global teams. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Prior internship or relevant experience in financial services or partnerships is a plus, but not required.
