Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.The Opportunity The OEM / NX Order Management team is composed of approximately 16 individuals across the globe strategically placed to cover worldwide support. The team is a combination of a highly diverse set of professionals with a mix of experience in customer support, sales ops, and order management in the IT world. We have proudly driven changes to help improve the order process cycle and SLA’s. Our goal is to continue driving an excellent order management model for our sales teams while driving productivity through continuous improvement in processes and responsibilities managed by our team. We’re looking for an individual who will share our vision! OEM Order Management at NutanixThe (OEM) Orders Analyst role plays an integral role in recognizing Nutanix’s revenue. In this high-impact role, you will report to the Manager of OEM Operations and work closely with Sales Operations, Sales, and IT Business Development. You will be responsible for leading OEM orders including, but not limited to order processing for new, revised, and upgrade orders & queries. This role sits within the Worldwide Deal Support and Order Management organization under Revenue operations. Your primary customer will be Nutanix sales teams but will work with multiple teams involved in the sales process. Some of these teams include Deal Desk, Bid Management, Sales Support & Shared Services, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and others which in turn creates a very dynamic.
Your roleRun all order entry activities for global OEM operations. Activities include OEM order management and system input, product mappings, order inquiries, follow-up, and reportingHandle daily order activity through Salesforce.Collaborate with OEM’s and Sales Representatives and other departments regarding order issues, including product configuration, pricing discrepancies & missing purchase order requirements.Collect, monitor, and report all order activity to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.Process and track Try and Buy orders through to return or conversion & Proof of Concept (POC) orders.Run weekly and monthly performance reports and metrics.Develop and implement repeatable processes for future OEM Order Administrators. What you’ll bring2+ years’ experience in OEM operations, high tech order management, or materials management at a SaaS company.Excellent communication skills.You would describe yourself as someone who is well-organized, enjoys juggling multiple tasks, and prioritizes responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.You’ve worked with Salesforce for at least one year.Proven ability to provide exceptional high-end customer serviceExperience in enterprise technology OEM sales is a plusAccurately follow standard operating procedures established by the business unitExperience with order processing and sales cyclesStrong analytical skillsStrong Change Management Skills: Follow Up, Follow Through, Accountability, Sense of Urgency, and superior customer serviceYou have the ability to operate and thrive in a dynamic environment with moderate supervisionYou understand the demands of end-of-quarter and are willing to work longer hours during.Enjoys collaborating with peers to facilitate teamwork and create innovative solutions.SFDC - Salesforce.com (Opportunities and Quotes) - Proficient userMicrosoft Excel and other MS office applications - Proficient userEnterprise CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce.comOracle or SAPCase or Ticket management2+ years of industry experience in Sales Operations or Sales.A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT related career experience is a plus. Work ArrangementHybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
