Join Grundfos as an OEM Latam Lead Sales Development Engineer and be at the forefront of sustainable technology **What is the job about?** As an OEM Latam Lead Sales Development Engineer at Grundfos, you will drive the growth of the Industrial OEM Market in Latin America by identifying market opportunities, collaborating with local sales teams, managing key accounts, and expanding our share of wallet with existing customers. The position will be located in Monterrey, MX and will report to the Area Sales Director, IND. Please note that relocation assistance is not available, and candidates must be authorized to work in Mexico without support. **Your main responsibilities:** + Drive Industrial OEM sales growth in Latin America by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities. + Collaborate with the Local Sales Team to define and implement strategies for winning in different countries. + Manage key accounts for selected OEMs, as agreed with the Sales VP for IND Latam. + Expand Grundfos' OEM share of wallet with existing customers and increase overall market share. + Identify and develop aftermarket opportunities and improve Reep 2 for OEMs. **Your background** We imagine that you have: + Preferably an engineering degree or equivalent qualifications to sell industrial products. + Fluent in English. + Over 10 years of experience in market development in the OEM sector. + Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese is an added value. + Experience in strategy development. **What’s in it for you?** You’ll be an invaluable part of our global leadership team, a diverse network of pioneers guiding others in seeing possibilities, not problems.
