Review and classify customization requests as defined by OEMInterlock with geo sales teams and engineering to develop solutions to meet customer needsEngage with customers to validate and refine solution requirementsEstablish work streams for each complex customization requestIdentify cross-functional owners for each request work itemDevelop business cases, where needed, for complex customization requestsInterlock with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and gain business case approvals

7+ years of program/project management experience – PMP a plusAbility to work cross functionally across multiple organizationsSpirit of entrepreneurship requiring high-energy, proactive style, teaming, and collaborationStrong process orientationExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work with WW team members, drive WW projectsAbility to work across multiple geographies and time zones to drive project executionKnowledge of Lenovo product development and sales enablement processes beneficial
