OEM BD Manager
Responsible for the development and maintenance of OEM customer, and achieve the sales target and margin. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Develop the OEM customer. • Analyze customer demand, customer support and advisory. • Be accountable for setting up OEM business sales and distribution network to achieve strong growth with target margin. • Do OEM Sales forecast budget and reports. • Achieve planned targets to meet the company's expectation on top line and margin. • Provide support on delivery and payment collection. • Develop close and strong relationship with key customer and maintain long-term relationship with key customers. EDUCATION: Bachelor or above degree. MANAGEMENT: No Direct reports. QUALIFICATIONS: • Minimum 3 years sales experience in multinational. • Have deeper industry background- wholesale channel, familiar with valve product in HVAC and plumbing system; Sales experience in valve, heating, HVAC business is preferred. • Familiar with OEM business and channel management preferred. • Responsible and accountable customer focused and self-motivated. • Excellent ability of managing customers and self-control. • Good presentation and communication skills. • Works well with others, is a good team member. • Able to work under pressure.
