Core Responsibilities ：
Coordinates the team in the accelerated launch of ODM projects
Tasks：
▪Ensures the targets are agreed and understood with stakeholders and team
▪ Ensure the the team are suitable qualified and have all the resources they need to do their task
▪ Tracks progress and assists wtih removing bottlennecks
▪ Defines acceptance criteria for team members developing the product, accepts or rejects deliverables/product increments
▪ Supports the project development teams by resolving and escalating impediments
▪ Communicates to different stakeholders, e.g. region, sales, expertise teams to reach product development targets
▪ Ensure compliance with all binding internal (e.g. RB corporate regulations, PTCDs) and external rules (e.g. laws and regulations) with relevance for the PIF Project / PIF Activity or the product
