We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Manager (OCM) to lead the change management efforts for a major S/4HANA transformation. This role is critical in customizing and implementing a global change strategy for the local Mexico business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, and be comfortable driving complex organizational change across diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end organizational change lifecycle: strategy, planning, execution, and sustainability
Collaborate with super-users and change agents to support adoption and readiness across the organization
Lead role mapping, impact assessments, and stakeholder engagement activities
Design and deliver communication and training plans
Build and manage a change network/community, driving ownership and engagement throughout the transformation
Apply structured change methodologies to help individuals and teams navigate transitions effectively
Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management on large-scale transformation initiatives
Proven track record working within the pharmaceutical industry (this is mandatory)
Experience supporting S/4HANA or other ERP transformations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to engage and empower change networks, super-users, and end users
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working in fast-paced, hybrid environments
