OCM Lead- Apps and Infrastructure (remote)
Job Description Ensure OCM consistency and uniform delivery for each discrete project  Perform Change Impact Assessments (CIA) with functional and business teams to document process and tool changes  Perform Stakeholder Assessment with identified groups to determine unique OCM needs  Build and deliver communication and training plans  Support and engage senior leaders as required to ensure the success of the project(s)  Integrate change management activities into project plans in coordination with project managers  Evaluate and ensure user readiness prior to and during change implementation  Work with Project Managers to manage stakeholders and stakeholder expectations in coordination with executive sponsor Compensation: $80-85 HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Skills and Requirements Cloud/Compute Project:  Migrate application infrastructure to AWS Cloud  Migrate server infrastructure to AWS Cloud  Remote site infrastructure is out of scope  EUE  Decommission Citrix and migrate to AWS workspaces  Streamline mobile management to allow for secure BYOD and better management of corporate assets, refresh mobile management to leverage Intune and Apple management  Implement Intune/Autopilot for PC/MAC management  Implement cloud-based PC management capability that allows immediate PC provisioning to users with a streamlined OOBE  Data Project:  Collect relevant PT supply chain data and normalize in AWS data lake  Develop and create a dashboard for PT supply chain data  Collect relevant engineering data and normalize AWS data lake  Develop and create dashboard for engineering data  Apps  Implementation of a low-code/no-code tool to build custom applications and re platform outdated / unsupported applications, ie Lotus Notes, Oracle Forms  Transform a subset of Lotus Notes application in Low Code/No Code tool.
