Job Description Ensure OCM consistency and uniform delivery for each discrete project  Perform Change Impact Assessments (CIA) with functional and business teams to document process and tool changes  Perform Stakeholder Assessment with identified groups to determine unique OCM needs  Build and deliver communication and training plans  Support and engage senior leaders as required to ensure the success of the project(s)  Integrate change management activities into project plans in coordination with project managers  Evaluate and ensure user readiness prior to and during change implementation  Work with Project Managers to manage stakeholders and stakeholder expectations in coordination with executive sponsor Compensation: $80-85 HR Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
