Job Overview:
Lead all change management activities for key OCM work streams across ERP implementations and other major transformations Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by the respective projects and change efforts.Develop and execute a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communication plan, stakeholder management plan, workforce transition plan, training plan and change readiness plan Identify potential change risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns. Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, present findings and recommended interventions Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement mitigation plans Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of program level changes.Key Responsibilities:
Looking for 5 to 10 years of experience in OCM Change Management Experience with experience in working with SAP clients in their implementations. Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies; Familiarity with program/project management methods, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Demonstrated ability to sell change management services. Exceptional communication skills and customer facing both written and verbal Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization Excellent active listening skills Problem solving and root cause identification skills Strong analytic and decision making abilities Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Experience with large-scale organizational change effort Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks against set deadlines Bachelor degree in business, communication, technology or equivalent degree.SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead required to lead and/or participates in the organizational change and learning portions of large-scale SAP engagements involving technology change, process change, organizational change, and business transformation. They will have direct accountability for the scope, quality, and financials of the OCM portion of the project, provides hands-on leadership and direction and lead and/or deliver client business transformation services related to the SAP initiative such as organization design, executive alignment, value-driven transformation, value realization, business case development, and performance measurement.It is a hands-on consulting delivery role to provide the people and organizational focus that helps enable benefits through a deliberate and strategic program to both manage change and enable the business transformation.Responsibilities include developing strategy and detailed plans, then delivering across the various SAP OCM work streams: change management, benefits realization, communication, stakeholder management, organization design, and culture transformation. The SAP OCM consultant often leads the change management team and manages relationships with client change management counterparts in complex environments.Requirements:They will have an understanding of OCM framework, consulting skills, business knowledge, processes, measurements & tools to analyze organizational change issues and drive SAP solutions that transform the client’s business.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $233,200.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
