Job Description

As an Ocean Import Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate movement of freight and information, while delivering exceptional customer service.  This role combines operational precision with problem-solving and client support.

Your responsibilities will include:

Logging and preparing import filesReceiving and verifying shipping documentsCoordinating and processing import shipmentsMonitoring cargo movement and ensuring timely delivery Preparing invoices and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

We are looking for motivated individuals who bring both knowledge and drive:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)Understanding of the global logistics/ supply chain industryStrong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel and Word)Proficiency in Fluent in English (written and verbal)Detail-oriented, organized and committed to deadlines
