Ocean Charter School runs a full-service kitchen for its 565 students. The kitchen staff serves breakfast, prepares aftercare snacks, serves family style meals, and cleans up afterward each day. Kitchen staff members work as a part of a team, upholding a clean, efficient, sustainable, and compliant meal program, plus support additional programming such as cooking classes in the school kitchen.
