Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Pay Rate: £36.91 per hour
Contract Type: Locum (Full-time) Hybrid working 

Pertemps Social Care is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join Wokingham Borough Council on a locum basis. This role is focused on supporting the management of the OT waiting list and delivering high-quality, person-centred assessments and interventions across the adult social care service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conducting functional OT assessmentsCompleting moving and handling assessmentsSupporting with reablement and reduced care reviewsAdvising on and facilitating minor adaptationsDemonstrating knowledge and experience of the Disabled Facilities Grant (DFG) processRequirements:
