We are seeking dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our team in Green Cove Springs. This role focuses on providing school-based therapy services to enhance students' ability to perform daily activities and succeed in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve students' fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and daily living activities. Implement therapy sessions that include exercises for stretching, strengthening, and enhancing flexibility to restore joint motion and muscle strength. Assist students with developmental delays in performing daily tasks independently, such as dressing, toileting, and feeding themselves. Address sensory processing and attention issues to enhance focus and social interactions in the classroom. Support students with behavioral disorders in developing effective anger-management strategies and coping mechanisms. Assess and recommend specialized equipment, such as wheelchairs or communication aids, to support students' needs.

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s or Clinical Doctorate). Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to change. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Proficient in documentation and report writing. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
