on going basis revising as necessary in accordance with patientrsquos care needsEstablish measurable goals with the patientfamily based on appropriate patient care protocols and critical paths in order to meet patient needsNotify Physician of any changes in status or progressProvide regular clinical supervision to COTA staff membersto ensure compliance with established standards and to ensure
