Position Overview:

Serve as an Occupational Therapist to students in grades PK-5 across two elementary schools, for FMLA coverage. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students with diverse cognitive, physical, or multiple impairments, to help them access the educational environment and curriculum. Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations to develop and implement treatment plans within students' IEPs.

Qualifications:

Illinois Occupational Therapist License Prior experience in either school or pediatric Occupational Therapy Must pass required background checks and obtain Illinois Fingerprint clearance
