Position Overview:

Supporting TK-12th grade. Need an OT that can travel to each site, usually the OT has a home base at one of the schools and then travels one day to each site to service students. The school is an independent studies, hybrid model in which students come to campus for services/classes 3 days per week. OT would have to provide supervision to our COTA. Under the direction of Special Education Director, provide occupational therapy service for designated students according to Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals. Implementation and supervision of therapy intervention plan; maintain related service records and prepare a variety of reports in collaboration with staff and parents to support a student’s ability to participate in daily school activities.

Qualifications:

A current and valid license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy to practice occupational therapy. Possession of a valid California driver’s license and availability of private transportation. Fingerprint clearance Negative TB test within the last four years Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred
