**Seize the opportunity to join our highly trained and respected Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation team whose mentors provide training across the continuum of rehabilitative services to help improve the quality of life for people affected by physical disabilities or disorders.**
**Responsibilities**
**Fellowship Structure & Learning Experience**
This 1-year fellowship enhances therapists’ skills in advanced-level practice and prepares them for the AOTA Board Certification in Physical Rehabilitation (BCPR) exam.
Fellows will complete:
+ Four 12-week rotations with clinical teams at our inpatient rehabilitation facility
+ Four 1-week observational rotations across rehabilitation continuum of care.
+ One 3 credit hours course from Texas Woman’s University’s School of Occupational Therapy (co-sponsor of the program)

**Qualifications**
+ Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program (required)
+ Valid TX Occupational Therapy License (required)
+ American Heart Association BLS CPR (required within 30 days of employment)
+ Candidates with 1 to 3 years’ experience highly desirable, six months of prior OT experience strongly preferred; relevant fieldwork experience in in-patient rehabilitation may be considered
