Make a lasting impact in the lives of K-12 students as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)! Cross Country Education is hiring COTAs to support schools across Los Angeles. Enjoy autonomy in your role, while being part of a collaborative special education team. To accommodate CalSTRS/PERS limits, we’ll match assignments to your availability. Enjoy a school year schedule with summers and school breaks off.

What You’ll Do:

Report directly to a Cross Country Education Occupational Therapist Support students in developing, improving, or restoring functional skills Assist students in participating more fully in school-based activities Implement therapy plans and track student progress Travel to assigned school sites – We aim to minimize travel by assigning you to nearby school sites whenever we can

What We’re Looking For:

Valid California license as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Any experience in school, pediatric clinic, or classroom settings
