• Participate in the development, implementation and administration of policies and procedures as they relate to the health and safety of the campus. • Acts as liaison between employees, management and third-party administrators regarding confidential and health related issues. • Deliver nursing care for occupational illness and injury. • Work with wellness program coordinators to implement company provided wellness programs and employee programs addressing the unique health risks and demographics of the site. • Assist EHS Team/Operations in incident investigation and implementing accident prevention programs. • Maintain medical recordkeeping system that meets legal requirements and ensures confidentiality. • Coordinate Workers Compensation and Disability claims processes in collaboration with third party administrators. Oversee return to work and restrictions including work site analyses and job assessments for safe job placement of injured and restricted employees. • Coordinate occupational and health screening tests (audiograms, vision testing, pulmonary function testing). • Lead the site ergonomics team, perform and assist with ergonomic evaluations and drive improvements.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $104000.00/yr.
