Work You'll Do
+ Lead sustainment efforts for OHAW applications, ensuring quality delivery of service on data management and strategic information activities for maintaining the client's OHAW operations.
+ Lead the design, documentation, testing and implementation of application features and enhancements within scope (level 1 projects).
+ Provide technical support and guidance for ensuring OHAW applications support the associated business processes.
+ Provide leadership, technical support and guidance for the design, development, planning, implementation for necessary staff in analysis, visualization, dissemination, and use of data for performance improvement.
+ Identify and work collaboratively and cross-functionally to implement process improvement measures within data management on a project level.
+ Establish appropriate tracking for OHAW sustainment work efforts.
+ Take corrective measures where necessary to keep sustain effort in line with budget and workplan.

Qualifications:
Required:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
+ Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
+ Minimum 4 years of experience implementing, maintaining, or optimizing systems that support employee health and welfare operations, with a track record of improving process efficiency or compliance rates by at least 10%.
+ Led or managed at least 2 full-cycle projects (initiation through completion) related to employee health and welfare, delivering projects on time and within budget.
+ Conducted systems analysis for at least 3 OHAW systems or modules, including evaluating system performance, identifying gaps, and recommending enhancements that resulted in measurable improvements
+ 3+ years of hands-on experience with web technologies, specifically .NET and SQL Server, including the development, deployment, or support of at least 2 enterprise-level applications.
+ Supported or administered at least 2 health and welfare programs (such as Drug & Alcohol Compliance Programs or Employee Assistance Programs), contributing to increased program participation or compliance by a quantifiable metric
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $109,000-$181,000.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
