Job Description: 職業護理師 工作內容 1.執行職安法及勞工健康保護法規則規定項目：推動職場健康計畫，如母性健康保護、異常工作負荷預防、人因性危害預防、執行職務遭受不法侵害預防計畫。 2.年度健康檢查與健康監測：辦理年度健康檢查，進行健康數據分析、評估與保存，評估及異常追蹤管理員工健康狀況。 3.健康促進與職業病預防：規劃與執行職場健康促進活動，並配合總部執行醫療專案管理，並推動法定傳染病預防措施。 4.員工健康計劃管理：制定、實施與評估健康計劃，確保職場員工健康。 5.衛生教育訓練：提供員工之健康教育、健康促進與衛生指導之策劃及實施 6.健康諮詢與緊急救護：提供員工日常健康諮詢、緊急救護處置，協助駐廠醫師諮詢服務及追蹤關懷。 7.協助工作環境改善：與職安衛人員協調合作，早期識別健康風險，規劃與改善員工工作環境及相關措施，降低職業危害。 8.職業傷病與一般傷病防治與管理：處理與追蹤勞工職業傷病及一般傷病，提供健康諮詢，必要的職業傷病相關之失能管理及復工與健康支持。 資格 大學或以上科學相關學系，具備護理師執照/心肺復甦術與急救證照，勞工健康服務護理人員訓練合格。 2年以上職護工作經驗 英文聽說讀寫流利。 具備電腦操作能力，熟悉Office軟體之使用。 Learn more about 3M’s creative solutions to the world’s problems at www.3M.com or on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn @3M.
