Job DescriptionThis position will require diverse set of clinical and administrative skills tailored to workplace health and safety. Core competencies include triage and clinical assessment, enabling the nurse to evaluate and prioritize employee injuries or illnesses effectively. Immunization administration, audiometry, spirometry, and phlebotomy are essential for preventive care and health monitoring. Proficiency in CPR/AED and emergency response ensures readiness for workplace incidents. Nurses must also be well-versed in OSHA compliance, ergonomics, and case management, supporting regulatory adherence and injury prevention. Strong communication skills, health education, and the ability to manage electronic health records (EHR) are crucial for coordinating care and promoting wellness in the workforce.
