This role will focus on integrating tools like **New Relic and PagerDuty, enabling proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response.** **Key Responsibilities** • Implement and configure observability platforms (e.g., New Relic) to collect and visualize metrics, logs, and traces. • Integrate event management tools (e.g., PagerDuty) for intelligent alerting and incident response workflows. • Develop and maintain dashboards, alerts, and SLO/SLI metrics to support operational visibility and performance tracking. • Collaborate with SRE, Cloud, and Application teams to embed observability into CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native services. • Automate telemetry collection and alert tuning to reduce noise and improve signal quality. • Participate in incident triage and root cause analysis, providing insights through observability data. • Contribute to the observability strategy and best practices, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards. **Required Skills & Experience:** • Hands-on experience with observability tools such as New Relic (preferred), Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar. • Experience with incident management platforms like PagerDuty (preferred), or ServiceNow ITOM. • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred), Azure, or GCP and cloud-native architectures. • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell). • Understanding of SRE principles, including SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets. • Working knowledge of IDP platforms and developer enablement tools. • Practical experience using GitHub Copilot for automation and code generation. • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. **Preferred Qualifications** • Certifications in observability tools or cloud platforms. • Experience with AIOps platforms or ML-based anomaly detection. • Exposure to DevSecOps pipelines and integration of observability into CI/CD. **Life at Capgemini** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
