OUR NEWEST ADDITION TO QUALITY HOSPITALITY – THE HOTEL OBERLIN – CURIO COLLECTION

We are seeking a General Manager for immediate employment for our new Hotel Oberlin located in the Village District in Raleigh, NC.  The hotel is scheduled to open in November 2025. A successful candidate will have 10 years of experience managing high-end full-service hotels. The Hotel Oberlin is in the Curio Collection by Hilton. Curio experience is preferred but not a requirement.

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall success of the hotel. This position will manage all aspects of the hotel including the 3rd party F&B operation of the rooftop restaurant and bar.  The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the daily operations of each department within the hotel and will establish and maintain a positive employee climate to exceed guest expectations.

Requirements

10+ years of supervisory and hospitality management experience are required3+ years of experience with high-end, luxury, boutique and/or full-service food & beverage propertiesDemonstrated experience with Hilton hotel systems and programs is preferredHigh-energy with a strong customer-service orientationExceptional multitasking and organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to plan, organize and lead the activities of othersExcellent interpersonal and relationship building skillsExcellent time and project management skillsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver’s license and Department of Motor Vehicles ReportMust have and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet the required criteria for driving a company vehicle
