Key Responsibilities
Role Assignment & Access ManagementDesign, implement, and maintain security roles and permissions for all relevant o9 modules.Assign and manage user roles based on the principle of least privilege, ensuring users have only the access necessary for their responsibilities.Regularly review and audit user access to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.Automate and streamline the process of role assignment and revocation as employees join, move, or leave the organization.Security Governance & ComplianceDevelop and enforce security policies and procedures related to user access and data protection within the o9 platform.Ensure all role assignments comply with organizational security standards and industry best practices.Participate in internal and external audits, providing evidence of access controls and remediation actions as needed.Collaboration & Stakeholder ManagementWork closely with business process owners, IT, and compliance teams to understand access requirements for each module.Serve as the subject matter expert for security role management in o9, providing guidance and training to stakeholders.Continuous ImprovementMonitor changes in business processes and update security roles accordingly.Stay updated on o9 platform enhancements and security features to optimize access management.Conduct regular risk assessments and recommend improvements to strengthen security posture.Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in user access management, security role assignment, or identity and access management (IAM) within enterprise platforms.Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes and o9 platform modules.Familiarity with security governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Preferred Experience
Experience with automation tools for access management.Experience with o9 Platform for user access management.Experience with Service Now Tool for Incident and service request management.Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR) as they relate to user access and data security.Prior experience in a similar role within supply chain or planning software environments.Key Performance Indicators
Access Review Completion Rate - Timely completion of periodic access reviews and audits.Incident Response Time - Speed of resolving access-related security incidents.Compliance Audit Findings - Number and severity of audit findings related to access.User Satisfaction - Feedback from business users on access provisioning.This role is critical for ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations across all o9 planning modules, supporting the organization’s broader supply chain objectives.
