Job Description NBCUniversal is seeking a skilled and proactive O365 Support Specialist to provide operational and end-user support across our cloud-based Office 365 environment. This role focuses on day-to-day troubleshooting and management of O365 services, with a strong emphasis on user experience and site operations. This person will sit remotely in India and work alongside 30+ consultants to support the O365 team globally. Skills and Requirements 36 years of Tier 23 support experience with Microsoft Office 365 services  Proficiency in supporting cloud-based platforms including: o Exchange Online o OneDrive o SharePoint Online o Microsoft Teams o Slack (from an integration or user-support lens)  Strong experience with end-user support, troubleshooting, and service delivery within O365  Background in managing online operations for O365  Ability to oversee site configurations, data management, and service policies Working knowledge of Azure AD or Active Directory services  Familiarity with O365 policy creation, deployment tools, and automation frameworks  Experience supporting Intune or Autopilot deployments null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
