Job Purpose: As the O2C GPE Lead Customer Contact Management, you will oversee and strategically guide the design, updates, and continuous improvements of our core model. Your goal is to design a besz in class process, continuously improve it and ensure process alignment from the operational teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Model Leadership: Lead the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of core model processes, including customer claims/disputes, returns, and market recalls. Standardization & Efficiency: Drive global standardization and operational efficiency in collaboration with regional leads and affected functions. Audit & Governance: Establish stakeholder relationships, support audits, and ensure adherence to core model processes. Performance Improvement: Oversee process performance across geographies and propose actions for further improvement. Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to global projects, ensuring effective implementation of core model components. Innovation & Simplification: Propose innovative solutions to simplify operations and make processes future-proof. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships through governance and networking, ensuring alignment and support for core model initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Experience: At least 5 years of extensive process experience in Customer Contact Management within a global, multicultural environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and familiarity with customer contact or CRM applications. Process Knowledge: Good understanding of Order to Cash and Supply Chain E2E processes. Project Leadership: Proven experience in leading projects focused on process improvement. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent teamwork, communication, and networking abilities. Adaptability: Ability to work in ambiguous, constantly changing situations and lead remote teams. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is desirable.
