Sanofi Business Services (SBS), one of the 5 pillars of Sanofi’s Business Services organization, is setting up a new captive Business Services centre in Bogota to provide Account-to-Report, integrated Order-to-Cash.
With respect to integrated Order-to-Cash (iO2C) the Business Services centre will be covering the following areas of the process:
Order ManagementCustomer Master DataCredit Risk & CollectionsCash ApplicationCustomer Contact ManagementRevenue & Receivables AccountingThe main purpose of this particular role is to:
Setting-up the business cases & scenarios supporting decisions in Continuous improvements in term of Processes and Solutions (Systems & Automation) and Operating Model changes, in line with Core Model and Performance Targets and the Play-To-Win strategy for the End-To-End activities Ci2C process.Influence the iO2C leadership team and GPLs on initiatives, proposal, solutions.Act as Subject Matter Expert role in Continuous Improvement methodologies to collaborate with Global Process Owners and Leads (GPOs & GPLs), stream Managers and Team Leads to support the design and implementation of improvements and / or O2C projectsFoster a continuous improvement culture by promoting identification of process improvement opportunities through process simplification & elimination of low value-added activities.Facilitate continuous improvement trainings to the hub community to promote the culture of continuous improvement.Enhance Continuous Improvement trainings for the Order to Cash organization.Be OTC Process Key User Lead for the SAP Platforms/Continent, and liaise with Sanofi Digital and SAP IT consultants both for troubleshooting and for process improvementBe a focal point for eClose / Blackline (RRA)Support the focal point for captive integrated order to cash KPI reporting, to support performance management related to in-scope processesSupport and be project representative and/or subject matter expert in projects impacting O2C, related to in-scope processesSupport operation and be focal point towards global and regional GPO (Global Process Owner) organization, for in-scope processes along with our Continuous Improvement role in the HUB.
This role reports to the Revenue & Receivables Manager in Order to Cash
Continuous improvement support:
Centralization on Identifying process improvement opportunities and develop changes through elimination of redundant activities or through standardizing.Identify process improvement opportunities and develop changes by calculating, monitoring and analyzing KPI results and trends, or based on user input.Provide support to organize workshops, high-impact projects to get desired result.Open communication with peers within service towers and related peers from other shared services centers at Sanofi.Gatekeeper to promote and create big impact projects for operational excellence.Enhance and promote Sanofi Core Model alignment.Work closely with GPL and GPOs to become a wide SME for Order to Cash.Work closelyPerformance
Calculate KPIs of ideas implementad and maintain dashboards as needed.Support on the development and maintainance of desktop procedures, works instructions related to O2C processes

Experience: Experience related to O2C in an international and multicultural environment.5 to 10 years of multicultural experiences in Finance (controlling, credit and collection management, internal control, accounting, share services) and/or Supply Chain and their delivery.International background with exposure to multicultural environmentsExperience in LEAN Management is a plus.Experience in managing functionally teams remotely.Experience of working within a Shared Services and Target Operating Processes would be highly valued.Proven experience in Project Management.Soft and technical skills: Good business acumen and understanding of relevant processes order to cash.Ability to identify problems and define solutions including implementation plans in a structured manner.Has continuous improvement mindset.Project Management skills in terms of organization and orchestration.Ability in understanding of common Information System (IS) solutions used in a multinational company.Ability to think strategically and be able to dive deep into operational problems.Team player, able to work collaboratively and transversally with local, global, hub teams members with an end-to-end mindset.Very good communicator with an ability to discuss on executive level.Knowledge and understanding of the O2C end to end process with ability to drive interdependencies with other organizations such as A2R, Controlling, local and O2S functionsProven finance experience with understanding of key accounting principles.Proactive working mindset and execution.Data driven analysis for scoping and addressing issues plus scoping solutions.Ability to influence others and proven leadership experience.Has hands-on experience of SAP FI (SAP, SAP S4) and other AR related IT toolsProject management methodologies (lean, six sigma, kaisen)Skills on visualization tools for presentations and automation.Has strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.Data analytics is a plus on any tool that is desirable.Has ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional mannerIs a team player who works well with every level of the organizationHigh ability of influence others.Has engaging communication skills, is straight to the point on solutions and problem statements.Is attentive to customer needs, management requests and is receptive to feedbackEducation: Professional Degree (engineers, business administrator, or related.Languages: Advance Spanish and English language is mandatory, Portuguese will be an advantage.Why choose us?
