Joining our TUI Finance Global Business Services Team, you will be responsible for the collection, cash application and dispute process, this means claiming open client balances, managing incoming cash and client dispute treatment.
The role will be adverised until the 13th of May and you need to reside in Palma

Managing open client balances during the collection processCreating, updating, and reviewing dispute casesManaging inquiries from other departments regarding client accountsRegular accounts follow upABOUT YOU
No previous experience required, we are looking for someone enthusiastic and eager to learnStrong problem-solving skillsCompetent decision-making skills – excellent commercial judgementResult focused with strong attention to detailAdvanced English and Spanish language level, both spoken and writtenStrong Excel skills Candidates with SAP experience will be advantageousFrom a workplace to a place to belong.
