Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading transformative change? Rabobank is seeking a dynamic Client Services Operations Lead to champion process optimisation, enhance compliance frameworks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across our Client Services team.

This strategic role is pivotal in delivering measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. You’ll lead initiatives that streamline service delivery and ensure alignment with regulatory standards and Rabobank’s values.

This is more than a support role, it’s a strategic position that influences how we evolve, adapt, and lead in a fast-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Process Optimisation & Continuous Improvement:
Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and embed a culture of innovation and learning.

Compliance & Risk Management:
Strengthen the compliance and risk framework by proactively managing incident reporting and ensuring adherence to internal and external standards.

Strategic Collaboration:
Partner with the Client Services Support Manager to align change, learning, and development initiatives with operational goals.

Reporting & Insights:
Provide critical support to the Client Services Leadership team through data analysis, performance reporting, and business improvement recommendations.

This is a 12-month fixed term position.

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.

Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and process improvement methodologies.

A passion for improving the customer and agent experience through process redesign.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Collaborative mindset with a track record of cross-functional leadership.

Passion for delivering outstanding client outcomes and empowering teams.
