Develop, document and maintain best practices, templates and programming standards for Siemens NX CAM to ensure consistent, efficient and high-quality toolpathsCreate and validate advanced machining strategiesStay up to date with latest NX CAM releases and Siemens documentationMentor CNC programmers and manufacturing engineers on NX CAM usageCollaborate with internal CNC digital kit development and training teamsCreating “How to” documentsWork in a highly dynamic, collaborative, and global team environmentCoordinate several concurrent projectsApproximately 10-25% travelRequired Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or with a minimum of 3 years of experience in NX CAM software including complex multi-axis toolpath generationUnderstanding of CNC machining processes (Milling and Turning)Understanding of CNC machines.Familiarity with NX CAD.Desired Experience:
Minimum 7 years in NX CAM software including complex multi-axis toolpath generationDeep understanding of CNC machining processes (3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis milling, turning, multi-task machining) and machine tool capabilitiesExperience with toolpath simulation within NX CAM and/or third-party simulation tools (e.g. Vericut, NC Simul)Hands-on experience with CNC machines and processes.Able to create required tooling design and manufacturing models in NX CAD.Familiarity with multiple machine tool controllers (Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma)Desired Characteristics:

The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on July 1, 2025.
