Works closely with the Manager to establish expectations, plans, and priorities. Holds staff accountable for standards, such as sanitation and productivity. Conducts team meetings, employee recognition, and diversity awareness. Schedules employees for training, coaches and conducts positive discipline and performance evaluations.
