**Job Overview** Fairview is looking for a Nutrition Services Aide at our **UMMC - West Bank** location, in Minneapolis, MN! This position is **21 hours bi-weekly** , on **evening** shift! This position is **not benefit eligible.** Prepares and portions food, assembles and disassembles patient trays in a safe manner. Serves customers, delivers, and retrieves patient trays. Schedule Week 1 Monday: 4:30PM - 8:00PM Tuesday: 4:30PM - 8:00PM Week 2 Wednesday: 4:30PM - 8:00PM Thursday: 4:30PM - 8:00PM Saturday: 4:30PM - 8:00PM Sunday: 4:30PM - 8:00PM **Responsibilities** + Prepares and portions food appropriately for designated areas. + Plates and serves food. + Handles and stores food in a safe manner following HACCP standard operation procedures. + Sanitizes equipment and work area per assigned schedules and designated procedures. + Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils. + Serves customers in cafeterias, doctors dining rooms and other non-patient locations. + Demonstrates ability to provide care or service adjusting approaches to reflect developmental level and cultural differences of population served. **Required Qualifications** + Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, using the English language.
