The Entry level rate for this position is $42.66 an hour. The rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. Summary The Nursing Supervisor is a leadership position providing administrative and clinical operations oversight primarily after 4 PM Monday thru Friday, as well as weekends and holidays. Job Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Master’s degree preferred. + Current Maine RN license required. + Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required. + Minimum of 5 years of Nursing Leadership experience required. + Basic Dysrhythmia preferred or obtained before completion of orientation. + Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or obtained before completion of orientation. + Strong interpersonal skills. + Ability to make sound decisions while handling multiple, stressful priorities.
