ナーシングスキル（看護技術、講義動画等）の編集制作業務全般コンテンツのアップデートに携わる新規コンテンツの制作を行うコンテンツ動画（看護技術・講義）の制作・更新を行う（※動画の撮影、編集のスキルは不要）上記を実現するために監修者（看護師等）や講師（様々な職種）、外注先と協働する顧客からの質問や問い合わせに対応する編集・制作に関連する事務作業

You will be involved in the editing and production of “Nursing Skills,” an e-learning product for nurses. Please see the details below for the requirements and responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Overall editing and production of Nursing Skills content, including nursing techniques and lecture videosUpdating existing contentCreating new contentProducing and updating content videos (nursing techniques and lectures) (Note: video shooting and editing skills are not required)Collaborating with supervisors (nurses, etc.), instructors (from various professions), and external vendors to achieve the aboveResponding to customer questions and inquiriesHandling administrative tasks related to editing and production

Required Skills and Experience:

At least 5 years of experience as a medical editor or equivalent practical experience (mandatory)orClinical experience of 3 years or more as a healthcare professional such as a nurse, plus a master’s degree or higher, and experience working in a company or as an educator at university (mandatory)Intermediate or higher PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a proactive attitude toward skill improvement as needed after joining

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience in producing online productsProject management skillsNative-level JapaneseIntermediate or higher English proficiency (TOEIC score 700 or more)
