What You’ll Do

You’ll join our growing simulation team at the Joyce Johnson Center for Simulation, where you’ll:

Lead immersive, high-fidelity simulation experiences that help students practice real-time decision-making Design and deliver simulation activities aligned with clinical learning goals Guide students through structured prebrief and debrief sessions that promote reflection and growth Collaborate with faculty and simulation staff to continuously improve content, delivery, and student outcomes Mentor learners through open simulation labs and individual feedback Stay current with trends in simulation education, from virtual reality to best-practice debriefing methods Support accreditation and ensure our simulation program exceeds industry standards

Who You Are

A licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Utah You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required); a Master’s Degree in Nursing is preferred  You bring 2+ years of experience in simulation-based instruction or clinical education (preferred)  You know how to engage adult learners and coach students through real-world challenges  You’re tech-savvy, curious, and excited to innovate with simulation tools and platforms  You’re a team player who thrives in a collaborative, learner-focused environment

Salary Description $82,000 - $92,000 Annually
