As the NPDS for the RRMC Emergency Department, you will:

Champion required education, clinical training, and ongoing professional development Design and deliver engaging learning experiences rooted in adult learning theory Drive clinical excellence through competency management and skill-building in evidence-based care Collaborate with nursing leaders and interdisciplinary teams to align educational strategies with the unit’s goals and evolving patient needs Support a culture of inquiry, innovation, and continuous learning in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment

Salary (CNE4): $124,600 – $289,400 Annually

Salary (CNE3): $112,900 – $256,900 Annually

Note: This position is eligible for an annual bonus.
