About the Role:

As a Nurse Outcomes Leader (NOL) at Sinai Hospital, you would champion clinical excellence by leveraging quality metrics and conducting both nurse- and patient-facing rounding to identify gaps, drive process improvements, and ensure adherence to core measures, while actively supporting the professional development of nursing staff through coaching, education, and promoting a culture of continuous learning.

*This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $10,000*

Key Responsibilities:

Leads quality improvement initiatives at the unit level by analyzing quality metrics, conducting nurse- and patient-facing rounding, and implementing evidence-based practices to drive clinical excellence and optimize patient outcomes.  Supports zero-defect goals and prevents never events by ensuring core measure compliance and establishing standardized processes that enhance safety and reliability in care delivery.  Promotes professional development of nursing staff through targeted coaching, ongoing education, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning. 

Requirements:

Master’s degree required  CNL certification preferred 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience required Must have recent Adult Acute or Critical Care experience Maryland Registered Nurse License American Heart Association BLS Certification American Heart Association ACLS Certification
